Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers Required

We are currently recruiting Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers for a well-established company delivering top-quality DIY products to both commercial and domestic customers.

This is a customer-facing role involving multi-drop deliveries, working alongside a porter to ensure products are delivered safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in line with all road traffic laws and safety regulations

  • Load and unload DIY products with the assistance of a porter

  • Plan delivery routes efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise delays

  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries

  • Check orders for accuracy and complete all relevant paperwork

  • Report vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly

  • Work closely with the warehouse team to organise loading and stock

  • Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle, carrying out regular safety checks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence

  • Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card

  • Previous Class 2 delivery experience preferred

  • Good knowledge of local road networks

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

  • Reliable, safety-focused, and professional attitude
