What You’ll Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching English at primary or secondary level.
- Extensive experience or strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- SENCO qualification or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience teaching English in specialist or alternative provision settings.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver tailored English lessons to small groups or individual students with SEN.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to support learning outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies where needed.
