Duties and Responsibilities Undertake, record and follow guidelines for clinical tasks (for which you will have received appropriate training) such as New Patient health checks, assist in the monitoring of Long Term Conditions and perform other routine reviews of patients. Carrying out specific administrative tasks according to protocols such as managing recalls of patients in certain groups, giving them appropriate appointments and ensuring everyone in that group has been seen and reviewed within a defined period.
