Job Overview
-Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client Building Mechanical and Electrical system
-To ensure that all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
Main Duties
-To ensure a high quality service
-Ability to manage workload and recognise how to prioritise the work schedule
-To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
-To understand and comply with policies and procedures
-To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
-To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
-To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
-To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
-A self-managing approach to work with a strong Health and Safety attitude.
-To work on shift rotation : 4 on 4 off
What we are looking for
-Qualified engineering Background - C & G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification
-Proactive and self-motivated
-Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
-Good IT skills with understaning of CAFM
-Challenging and inquisitive mind set
