An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team of the UK’s leading height, safety, rescue training company, based at their Training Academy in Old Romney, Kent.
We are specialists in our field, carrying out Safety training, Rope Access and Rescues services and providing products to world renowned organisations, worldwide.
We are currently seeking an experienced, part time Accounts Assistant to join our busy and friendly team.
This is a varied and busy role and would suit an applicant with previous experience in an accounts based position.
Duties
• Raising invoices
• Purchase orders
• Inputting on to Quickbooks
• Sales Orders
• Bank Reconciliation
• Petty Cash
• VAT reports
• Handling accounts queries effectively
• Chasing debt
• General finance administration
• Supporting the office administration
• Answering inbound phone calls
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator who is seeking a part time and locally based role.
Hours can be flexible, however as a guide could be 10.00am - 3.00pm, 4 days per week. This role could also have the potential to become full time in the future.
