What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
- Proven track record as a Nursing Home Manager.
- Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and care quality governance.
- Experience managing residential, nursing, and dementia services.
- History of achieving strong inspection outcomes and stable occupancy.
