The successful applicants will play an active role within our multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside Specialty Doctors, therapy staff, volunteers and other vital members of the MDT taking a holistic approach in providing the best possible outcomes for each patient. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing support, leadership, recognition and supervision to junior members of staff Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised clinical care for service users Using evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality care Ensuring that the team provide all care in line with the care plan.
