Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of ARC Manager (CS) Grade 9. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our Automated Reward Center (ARC) within the Customer Service department. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, strategic management, and a deep understanding of customer service dynamics to drive performance and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction. The ARC Manager will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all interactions meet the standards of excellence we strive for. In this fast-paced environment, the manager will implement policies and procedures that support our service objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing training programs to elevate the skill set of the team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Automated Reward Center ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, mentor and train a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within the team.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance customer service operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on service initiatives and goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance the skills of team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
