Role Title

Training and Operational Support Coordinator

Department

Corporate Security

Hours

40 hours per week

Location

Slough and West Drayton

Principal Accountabilities

- Coordinate and deliver training programs for site teams.

- Audit operational standards and identify skills gaps.

- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

- Assist the Strategic Account Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including payroll management, uniform orders, and minute-taking.

- Ensure compliance with client and company standards across all sites.

- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and operational performance.

- Maintain accurate records of training and audits.

- Work closely with Site Security Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

- Act as a liaison between the Strategic Account Manager and site teams for training and operational matters.

Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience in training coordination or operational support roles.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Valid SIA license

- Knowledge of security operations (preferred but not essential).
