Summary

High Impact Academy Ltd is seeking an experienced tutor, or a small team of tutors, to deliver high-quality, personalised 1:1 tuition in GCSE Maths, English and Science for a learner requiring targeted alternative provision.

This opportunity is suitable for one tutor able to cover all subjects, or up to three tutors, each delivering their subject specialism. The role is ideal for professionals with strong engagement skills who can support a learner working towards re-engagement and reintegration into school.

What You Will Do:

Deliver structured, engaging 1:1 tuition in GCSE Maths, English and/or Science
Support academic progress alongside confidence building and engagement
Work towards reintegration outcomes in collaboration with the wider support network
Track progress, provide feedback, and celebrate achievements
Build a positive, supportive relationship to encourage motivation and consistency
Requirements:

Proven experience delivering GCSE-level tuition in Maths, English and/or Science
Ability to adapt teaching methods and pace to individual needs
Professional, patient, and committed to high-quality 1:1 provision
