Crynodeb
As a Salaried GP, you will provide high quality, patient centred medical care to our practice population. Your role will include delivering services in line with the PMS contract, managing long term conditions, undertaking prescribing responsibilities in accordance with national and local guidance, and completing associated administrative tasks such as referrals and prescription requests. You will participate in duty doctor and telephone triage sessions, maintain accurate clinical records, and work collaboratively as part of the practice team, sharing the clinical workload fairly. The role also involves contributing to quality improvement, QOF performance, clinical governance, and the development of practice protocols and policies. You will engage in ongoing professional development, appraisal and revalidation processes, support the training of students, and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
