Customer Service Assistant (Job ref: PEC002)

Fixed Term Contract until December 2026
Salary: £6,541.72 per annum (£23,614.02 FTE)
Hours: 10.25 hours per week (working pattern below)
Location: Newton Abbot Library
Closing date: 9am, Wednesday 21st January 2026
Interview date: Wednesday 28th January 2026 at Newton Abbot Library (Passmore Edwards Centre)

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a forward-thinking organisation where you will enjoy an exciting challenge delivering an excellent frontline service to customers devising and running fundraising events, activities and community support. We would welcome a new team member who is creative, imaginative, organised and customer focused.

Working Pattern
Week 1 (9 hrs):
Tuesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (3)
Wednesday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (3)
Thursday: 3:00pm – 6:00pm (3)

Week 2 (11.5 hrs)
Monday: 10:00am – 1:00pm (3)
Wednesday: 10:00am – 1:00pm (3)
Saturday: 9:30am – 4:00pm (5.5)

Total Weekly Average: 10.25 hours
