- Base Salary: £38,784 – £42,030 (Depending on Experience)
- Realistic OTE: Circa £70,000+ per annum (Achieved through performance bonuses & incentives)
- Pay Frequency: Weekly PAYE pay – get paid for your hard work every Friday.

The Role
Working across domestic properties in London and the South East, you will be the face of our compliance team:
- Executing high-standard EICR inspections and specialist fault-finding.
- Completing digital certification and technical reports on-site.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Proven background in EICR testing (Domestic experience preferred).
- Qualifications: 18th Edition is essential. Level 3 2391 (Testing & Inspection) is preferred, but we will provide training for candidates with strong testing knowledge.
- Licence: A valid, full UK Driving Licence is mandatory.
