Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be the frontline consultant engaging directly with prospective students and their families. You will understand their goals, advise on study pathways, and convert inquiries into confirmed clients. You will contribute to the company’s revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Proactively generate and qualify new student enquiries via phone, email, social media, events, and referrals.
Follow up on inbound leads promptly and professionally.
Sales Conversion & Client Engagement
Understand students’ academic background and aspirations.
Present appropriate study options, service packages, and value propositions.
Address client questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
Tailored Consultation & Relationship Building
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
Guide students through the initial stages of the application process.
Collaborate with Document Writers and Admissions team to ensure smooth progression.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
Record all interactions, updates, and sales stages accurately in the CRM system.
Monitor personal KPIs and sales performance weekly and monthly.
Prepare simple reports for Team Leads.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in education sales, customer service, or customer sales experience is a plus; training provided.
Fluent in Both Mandarin and English
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic CRM proficiency preferred (training available).
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Personal Attributes
Positive attitude and eagerness to help students succeed.
Organized with good time-management skills.
