Action Staffing is recruiting for a highly skilled Dual Registered Manager to oversee two therapeutic children's homes in Leyland. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Registered Manager (Level 5 Qualified) capable of managing multiple sites and ensuring Ofsted compliance across the board.
About the Role: You will be the Registered Manager for two nurturing homes that support children aged 7-17 with complex needs and trauma backgrounds. Your primary goal is to provide strategic leadership, ensuring both homes achieve or maintain "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
Dual Registration: Hold full Ofsted registration for two separate children's homes.
Compliance: Ensure both homes strictly adhere to the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire staff teams across both sites to deliver therapeutic care.
Safeguarding: Act as the lead for safeguarding, ensuring robust policies are followed to protect vulnerable young people.
Operations: Efficiently manage budgets, rotas, and resources for both homes.
Entry Requirements:
MUST hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential setting.
Proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" outcomes with Ofsted.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
