Job Title: -Electronic Patient Record Training Manager Trust location: South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Pay Rates: -£37 - £45 Per hour. Being anEPR (Electronic Patient Record) Training Managerin the NHS is both demanding and incredibly fulfilling. What you can add: Develop and Implement Training Plans: Create comprehensive training plans and strategies for the implementation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. Lead EPR Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of EPR training programs to ensure all relevant staff members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments within the Trust to understand specific training needs and ensure the training aligns with organizational goals. Provide Expertise on Mental Health Trust Terminology: Use your knowledge and experience of working with Mental Health Trusts to ensure training materials are relevant and reflect the specific terminology and processes used within these Trusts. Manage the Go Live Training Phase: Coordinate and manage the training phase leading up to the EPR systems Go Live in April 2026, with the training manager role expected to begin in January 2026. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above. What you'll need: Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience in EPR Training and Implementation. Should have Managerialexperience in Planning, Training and Strategies Must have experience in Mental Health *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
