Pay Rate: £21.00 - £24.00 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the team of a leading housing association. This role involves working across a variety of tasks, including responsive repairs, void works, and specialist trade duties. You will also be responsible for carrying out essential damp and mould repairs, helping to ensure properties remain safe and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out damp and mould treatments in occupied residential properties as part of planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Identifying and diagnosing the root causes of damp, condensation, and mould, and recommending and implementing effective remedial solutions.
- Applying specialist treatments such as anti-fungal washes, mould-resistant paints, and protective coatings.
- Performing minor repair works, including plastering, painting, and decorating to restore treated areas to a high standard.
- Using PDA and/or job tickets correctly, completely, and in real-time to track job status.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
