Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse / Office
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Full-time
Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and organised General Administrator to join our team in a busy 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves supporting day-to-day office and administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate record-keeping.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the office and warehouse teams
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, filing, and databases
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and documentation tasks
- Support HR, finance, and operational teams as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support smooth operations
- Previous experience in administration or office support roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
