Crynodeb
To provide an effective and efficient speech and language therapy service to service users within the care of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust with communication and/or swallowing difficulties. You will manage a caseload which consists of a variety of communication needs. Service users may have multiple needs with a combination of communication and mental health or neurodiverse condition. Duties will include assessment, diagnosis, therapy (both group and/or individual as appropriate), planning therapy programmes, contribution to multi-disciplinary clinical reviews and discharge of clients.
