An exciting opportunity has arisen in the the Respiratory service within the Heart & Chest Clinic at Southend Hospital as an Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator.

You will be dealing directly with members of the public as well as hospital staff and will deal with highly sensitive and confidential patient information.

You will require experience within an administrative role, good knowledge of Microsoft Word packages and excellent organisational skills.

In this fast paced role, you'll be responsible for coordinating complex bookings, overseeing mailbox communications, preparing clinics, tracking patients through the Patient Tracking List, processing clinic outcomes and any other administrative tasks for the smooth running of the service.
You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, precision and initiative.
