Sherwood Forest Hospitals are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Clinical Support Workers to join our friendly teams across a wide range of wards/departments. Whether you’re drawn to fast-paced, hands-on environments or prefer to provide ongoing, person-centred care, there’s a place for you to grow and make a real difference.

Clinical Support Workers assist with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical duties—from helping patients with personal care and mobility, to performing basic observations and supporting ward administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, develop your skills, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient services.

Whether you’re starting your career in healthcare or looking to build on existing experience, this role offers a rewarding and supportive environment where your contribution truly matters.

As part of the recruitment journey, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend our Recruitment Open Day held at King’s Mill Hospital—a fantastic chance to meet the team and explore the environment you could soon be part of. The open days will be held on Monday 26thJanuary and Friday 27thFebruary 2026.
