Are you ready to lead meaningful change that helps colleagues and customers thrive? If you’re passionate about the people side of transformation and making change stick, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a Change Manager to join our Change and Service Improvement team on a twelve months fixed term. You can be based from our Eastleigh, Bracknell, Yeovil, or London offices (to be agreed at interview).
In this role, you’ll lead change management workstreams and activity, including taking ownership of business readiness, ensuring colleagues are willing, ready and able to adopt change. Working closely with project teams and key partners across IT, Communications, Learning & Development and HR, you’ll ensure initiatives are fully prepared to land successfully.
You’ll assess the impact of change on both colleagues and customers, playing a hands-on role before, during and after launch to embed sustainable outcomes. Your ability to engage, influence and support people through change will be critical to success.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, proactive team who are passionate about making a difference. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude, we’d love to hear from you!
