Crynodeb
As an Emergency Care Administrator within this department you will gain experience of working in a very busy, fast moving environment and you must be able to cover shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the department and you will be required to: - Welcome patients and visitors to the Emergency Department, answer appropriate questions and provide relevant information in a sensitive manner.- Undertake Emergency Department reception and administrative duties as required that will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the department.- Have the ability to remain calm and professional in what can sometimes be a very challenging environment.- Provide cover for the AMU admin team when necessary.- Communicate effectively with members of the clinical and admin team within the department and wider Trust.
