About the role
You will be responsible for planning, briefing & optimising marketing campaigns that bring the Tesco brand to life, servicing Tesco shoppers in addition to enticing external customers.
You will be responsible for
- Building integrated, cross-functional propositions and marketing campaigns to deliver Tesco\'s key priorities
- Writing clear briefs that take our business propositions and turn them into world class campaigns
- Bring our brand(s) to life by delivering creative excellence across all customer touch points within our customer communications
- Supporting the campaign delivery process with our agencies including briefing, creative development and sign off with stakeholders
- Collaborating with our agencies, media planning and channel teams to translate the brief into all customer touch points to land one seamless campaign
- Supporting on forecasting and tracking the campaign budget, seeking out value for money and investment opportunities
- Building and driving ongoing improvements to processes to make campaigns simpler to execute with stakeholders and our agencies
- Partnering with insight colleagues to ensure campaigns and propositions are built on customer insight
You will need
Experience:
- Previous experience in a digital/marketing role working agency or client side
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
Operational Skills:
- Deliver inspiring briefs and feedback
- Develop impactful omnichannel comms
- Turn data into actionable insight
- Develop a consistent brand expression
- Create outstanding retail experiences
