The Role
As our Head of B2B Events, you will lead the strategic direction and delivery of world-class conferences, meetings, corporate off-sites, and high-level networking experiences that elevate our brand and deepen client relationships.
You will drive the full lifecycle of major events, from strategic vision and innovative concept development to flawless international delivery and post-event evaluation.
Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you’ll shape the M.I.C.E. (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) roadmap, identify new revenue opportunities, and champion creative, sustainable, high-impact event solutions that set new standards across the sector.
You will also inspire and mentor a talented team of event specialists, ensuring excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement in every project.
Additionally, you will:
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business development opportunities
