The Opportunity:

With over £35bn of investment flooding into UK energy infrastructure over the next five years, our specialist division is at the heart of one of the UK's most fast-paced and lucrative markets.
We have the established client base, the market reputation, and the expert team. Now, we need a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to hunt, win, and deliver contract talent for major substation projects across the UK.
This is a pure sales role with full accountability for both business development and delivery. You will be supported by, and collaborate with, a team of 10 high-billing, established consultants who are experts in their fields.
Your Role:
As a 360 Consultant, you will:
· Source & Sell: Proactively headhunt high-calibre contract candidates (Engineers, Project Managers, Commissioning Specialists, etc.) within the substation sector.
· Business Development: Use our existing client base as a launch pad to grow your own desk, identifying and winning new business opportunities.
· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire process from candidate sourcing and interviewing to negotiation, placement, and account management.
· Drive Margin: Focus on placing niche, high-value contractors in a candidate-short market where your expertise commands premium rates.
· Be a Key Player: Contribute to the growth and reputation of our market-leading T&D team.
What You MUST Have:
· Proven sales ability and a background in a target-driven sales or recruitment role.
· Exceptional resilience and a relentless, hungry attitude.
· High confidence and superb communication skills.
· Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
· Excellent organisational and admin skills - you own your process.
· IT proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
· A full UK driving licence.
· A genuine desire to learn, self-develop, and become a sector expert.
