P4 Recruitment is working with a friendly, dedicated team in Scarborough to find a part-time Team Leader to support staff, deliver person-centred care, and maintain high standards across two independent supported living services.

Your Mission:
Lead, coach, and inspire your team of 16 staff across two services
Oversee rotas, leave, and staff training
Carry out compliance & quality audits
Support meaningful, active lifestyles for residents
Build strong relationships with families and professionals
The Homes You’ll Oversee:
– 4 gentlemen with varying needs (2 mostly independent)
– 2 cottages (1 female resident; 1 vacant)
Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced social care leader, not just a manager
Flexible, approachable, hands-on leadership style
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Health & Social Care) or equivalent
