Support Team Manager – Middlesbrough
Join a Charity who are a trusted and person-centred care provider, and become part of a team that truly makes a difference every day.
We’re seeking experienced Support Team Manager to oversee small supported living services across the Middlesbrough area. Each manager will be responsible for two small supports, with around 4 individuals per property, all located close to one another.
You’ll be joining a fully staffed and well-established service that supports individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex needs ensuring every person we support has the opportunity to live their best life with dignity, independence, and purpose.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience within Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Complex Needs settings
Strong leadership skills and a passion for quality care
Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management preferred (Level 3 considered for experienced candidates working towards Level 5)
Commitment to person-centred values and continuous improvement
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (DOE & qualifications)
Location: Middlesbrough (multiple small supports, all local)
