From children with tracheostomy tubes and long-term ventilation to those requiring gastrostomies, physiotherapy, or epilepsy support, our team delivers high-quality, compassionate care 24/7.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide 1:1 care tailored to each child’s unique needs
Support children with clinical interventions under nurse supervision
Join in play, activities, and daily routines to make life fun and fulfilling
Shadow experienced nurses and managers during your induction to gain full confidence in your role
Become part of a close-knit, supportive team that values positivity and collaboration
