We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Secondary Outreach Support Officer to join a service committed to supporting vulnerable pupils and promoting inclusion across secondary education. This role focuses on helping pupils successfully reintegrate into mainstream school following exclusion or offsite intervention.
The service is built on a positive, pupil-centred approach, prioritising wellbeing, achievement, and strong partnerships between schools, families and external agencies.
As a Secondary Outreach Support Officer, you will:

Support pupils at risk of exclusion or returning from offsite provision to reintegrate into mainstream education

Provide mentoring, target setting and action planning for pupils both on outreach and within service centres
