- Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide targeted support
- Implementing behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment

- Monitoring and recording student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers
- Collaborating with the SEND team to develop and review individual education plans
- Promoting a culture of inclusion and respect within the school community

- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (desirable)
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a related field (desirable)
