Lunchtime Manager level 2Part time (8.75 hours per week) Term Time only
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and well-motivated person for the position of Lunchtime Manager.The successful candidate will have supervisory responsibility for the lunchtime supervisors, organising their work and allocating areas to be supervised during lunchtime periods. You will provide guidance and advice to the lunchtime team, manage them day to day and support them with any training requirements, issues and/or queries.
Your role will include supervising and engaging with the children at lunchtimes, either outdoors or in classes during bad weather. Helping children eat their lunch, encouraging positive lunchtime activities and behaviour.
The Successful Candidate Will:
• Manage, organise and allocate areas to be supervised by the lunchtime supervisors
• Support your team, providing guidance, training and arranging cover for absent staff
• Supervise and engage with pupils in the playground and dinner hall
• Administer basic first aid and treatment of minor injuries including completing accident forms
• Be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Supervise children in classes during bad weather
• Support children eating their lunch in the dining hall
• Provide a happy and safe environment for all our childrenIn Return We Will Offer: • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced lunchtime team
