Crynodeb
We are looking for Registered Nurses on Kingston Ward for the Acute Stroke unit at Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
This role supports the co-ordination of the stroke patient
pathway; providing a patient and family centred approach to post
stroke information and education.
To provide effective patient care whilst working as a member of the nursing team across East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust (EKHUFT). To ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs.
