Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and visible leader to run our Urgent Treatment Centre at Hillingdon Hospital. The successful candidate will have a broad experience within the Urgent Care setting and be able to respond flexibly to the demands of the service, an Emergency Nurse Practitioner qualification along with proven leadership skills are essential.

The Matron UTC is a senior clinician, trained to an advanced level to work autonomously within the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) provide management to the team and deliver care to patients attending Urgent & Emergency Care Services UTC department. The Matron has a range of clinical, managerial, leadership and educational responsibilities.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, urgent treatment centre, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre and outpatient clinics.
