We are looking for Trainee Process Operatives to join the team in a clean and modern food manufactuirng environment with structured progression and development opportunities.
LOCATION: Tewkesbury Industrial Estate
PAY: from 14.12, increasing to £14.54 and beyond with training
HOURS: Fve shifts per week, 37.5 hours, Start Times from 5am
DURATION: Permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee safe, hygienic bulk product transfers in tanker bays and production units.

Organize silo plans and vessel cleaning to optimize storage and output.

Coordinate with drivers and departments to ensure efficient, high-quality workflows.

Operate complex machinery safely while prioritizing waste reduction.

Strictly adhere to COSHH, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations.

Deliver pro-active support to hit and exceed business KPIs.

Maintain impeccable hygiene and workplace cleanliness.

Coach staff and provide flexible role coverage to support business needs.

Experience in manufacturing environments with a hands-on technical focus.

Strong communicator; maintains high motivation and positive team engagement.

Self-motivated problem solver who excels both independently and in team settings.

Adaptable to shift work and comfortable delivering results under time pressure.

Ability to pass Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP certified
