Contract: Permanent, FULL TIME
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Plus one weekend in 6 (approx.) on call (£150 paid for each on call) for which you are paid.
Salary: £24,500 + On call + commission ( bases on amount of references obtained and candidates registered in a month) + benefits and opportunity to progress within the business.
We are seeking an ambitious and hard-working resourcer to join our team here based in St Austell. It's an immediate start for the right candidate.

Established since February 2005, Cornwall Staff Agency HAVE specialised in the recruitment of temporary and permanent candidates within the very busy sectors of Hospitality/Catering, Care, Commercial and Industrial SECTORS throughout Cornwall and The South West.
The Role:
The day will always be varied and extremely busy, not one day is NEVER the same!!- working within the busy Industrial/Catering/Commercial and Care divisions
Key tasks will include; recruiting staff across all our divisions, attending job fairs and job centres, sourcing CV’s for all consultants, greeting/registering all levels of candidates, putting their details onto our recruitment system, checking availability and booking staff as well as helping assess candidates and chasing work references.
You will be working within a fantastic team of consultants and helping them achieve their targets day-to-day.
There is plenty of scope and long-term opportunity within this position, with opportunities to move into a consultant's role for the right candidate within 6-12 months ideally.
Candidate Specification:
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, be super organised, and possess an excellent work ethic. Ideally you will have worked within a sales/customer service/recruitment background previously and be able to work in a high-pressure environment and within a fast-paced team.
You will be able to identify, proactively plan and source staff for various clients for temp and perm staff
