Indicative Proposed Job Plan This will be a Total of 10 Programmed Activities. The final specifics of the job plan will be agreed in conjunction with the post-holder. Direct Care 56 programmed activities over an 8-week cycle, some weeks have a higher number of DCC sessions than others, and it is remunerated at 7 DCC Programmed activities per week. Emergency Programmed activities are currently based on 1.5 PAs per week plus 5% supplement for a 1:8 rota.
