OPERATIONAL Management/Leadership responsibility Collaborates closely with the Matron and Head of Midwifery regarding all quality performance and management issues Deputises for the Matron if required Facilitates and maintains effective communication within the multidisciplinary team and works in partnership with other service providers, leading to efficient care pathways for the woman and her baby.
