As the company expands, it is seeking an operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Main duties include:
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, purchasing, and staffing.
• Lead recruitment, training, and shift planning to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Apply sustainable practices by reducing waste and managing product expiry.
• Support promotions and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate register operations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through effective negotiation and communication.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in an operational, managerial, or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
