What’s in It for You Salary: Starting salary of £90,000 (depending on experience) Bonus: 10% annual Car allowance: £6,900 Holiday: 28 days + bank holidays Pension: Up to 7.5% employee / 15% employer contribution Flexible benefits & hybrid working options Your Impact As a Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of some of the most significant and complex commercial packages on the project covering civil and nuclear construction works, major equipment, and enabling contracts. You’ll lead procurement, negotiation, and post-award commercial management, working with suppliers, regulators, and Tier 1 contractors. You’ll play a key leadership role, shaping strategy, mentoring teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with project goals, contract requirements, and nuclear safety standards. We have begun constructing a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast in the East of England replicating, wherever possible, the design used for Hinkley Point C, another nuclear power station being built in Somerset.When built, Sizewell C will be one of the largest power stations to operate in the UK.
