Job Title Booking Clerk
Reporting to Office Manager
Location Bognor Regis Office
Hours Full Time
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, including Bank Holidays
Office hours 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Overview We are a small company providing high-class, pre-booked travel by car
Summary of Position A member of a small team taking and processing bookings of customer requirements
Key Responsibilities Processing customer telephone bookings
Processing customer e-mail bookings
Processing quotations for customers
Operating bespoke computer system
Supporting team members
Occasional flexibility in working days to cover holidays/sickness
Requirements
• Education Good education
GCSE level preferred
Previous experience not essential as full training will be given
• Office Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of Google Drive
Understanding of customer service
Understanding of travel industry
Organised and attention to detail
• Personal Attributes Good communication skills
Able to take initiative
Able to work as a team member
Able to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn
