What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the full SEND provision, championing exemplary practice across the school
• Designing and implementing high-impact intervention strategies for diverse needs
• Overseeing EHCP processes, statutory reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Mentoring, guiding, and upskilling teachers and support staff in inclusive practice
• Collaborating with parents, multi-agency partners, and SLT to secure ambitious outcomes
• Analysing SEND data and driving continual improvements school-wide
Ideal SENDCO for this Bexley School:
• UK-trained with QTS and evidence of outstanding SEND practice
• Proven SENDCO experience or NASENCO qualification (or on track to achieve)
