What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and developing the Learning Support department to deliver measurable results
• Designing, reviewing, and evaluating tailored support strategies for SEN pupils
• Collaborating with teachers, SEN specialists, and pastoral staff across key stages

• Analysing data to identify trends, advocate for support needs, and report on pupil outcomes
