Crynodeb
You will need to demonstrate a person-centred approach and have effective interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous NHS Hospital pharmacy experience, including mental health, would be desirable. You will also be expected to participate in the weekend duty and on call rotas, following a period of induction and training.The rotational post offers you an excellent opportunity for band 6 to 7 progression. Progression is subject to completion of necessary in-house criteria and a successful portfolio review. It also offers a great opportunity to develop your clinical and professional knowledge and skills in both physical and mental healthcare settings. Salary will be based on previous experience, applicants who are currently suitable to practice at a band 7 level, will be considered for a band 7 position. You will be expected to rotate between our Harrow and Brent sites, working both inpatient and community mental health team settings.
