Crynodeb
We are seeking car parts pickers to join a well-known automotive company.
This is a long-term ongoing role with two shift patterns available:
- Morning Shift from 07:30 am to 15:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday and 07:30 am to 15:00 pm on Thursday and Friday.
- Afternoon Shift from 12:30pm - 20:30pm Monday to Wednesday, and 12.30 - 20:00 pm on Thursday and Friday
The pay rate is £12.32 per hour.
Overtime is paid at time and a half after 39 hours (at £18.48)
On the afternoon shift there is a shift allowance of £43.18, paid weekly.
Breaks are paid.
Responsibilities include:
- delivering KPI targets (productivity, quality, GIR, Health and Safety),
- maintaining housekeeping standards and supporting the team leader and the area's operations.
Operatives are expected to learn and operate MHE regularly once trained.
The Warehouse Operative role aims to achieve business objectives and individual targets in productivity and quality, all while ensuring a safe working environment.
Successful candidates should ideally have previous knowledge of warehouse operations, but a full 12-week paid training program is provided.
