Operational Support: Facilitating the smooth day-to-day running of PCN operations, including: Supervising the Business Support Administrator Overseeing and monitoring the 12-month rolling PCN meeting calendar Overseeing and monitoring of the PCN TeamNet page Overseeing and monitoring the externally managed PCN Facebook page Attendance at engagement events/other meetings when required Supporting financial management (XERO reconciliation and updating monthly practice spreadsheets) Contract Administration: Attendance at and minute-taking of quarterly Subcontract Review Meetings Attendance at and minute-taking of PCN Executive Board Meetings Chasing/updating meeting action logs Overseeing and monitoring of annual Subcontract renewals and PCN Agreements Project Coordination: Supporting the planning and implementation of new services, pilots, and projects To ensure that digital and operational PCN transformation is embedded in, and aligned with national strategies Health and Safety / Risk Management The post-holder will comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) and the Access to Health Records Act (1990). Special Working Conditions The post-holder is required to travel independently, including travel between practice sites, other provider organisations, and to attend meetings, etc.
