To succeed in this role, you will bring: A registered healthcare professional background, with significant experience in resuscitation practice, education or clinical leadership within a complex healthcare environment. Demonstrable expertise in resuscitation standards, national guidance and best practice, with the credibility to operate confidently as a subject matter expert across diverse services. Proven experience of leading, delivering or assuring resuscitation training programmes, including governance, audit, compliance and continuous improvement. Strong experience working within clinical governance and patient safety frameworks, with the ability to review incidents, identify learning and drive sustainable improvement. The ability to influence, advise and challenge effectively at all levels, including senior clinicians, operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams. Experience of working across multiple services or care settings, navigating competing priorities and supporting consistent standards in complex organisational structures. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage, educate and support colleagues across a wide range of professional backgrounds. High levels of autonomy, resilience and professional judgement, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment.
