Job description We are looking for experienced Receptionist / Administrators to join our friendly team. Previous experience within a busy GP Practice is essential, along with a good working knowledge of SystmOne clinical system / Accurx, so you are able to hit the ground running, supporting our team and patients. The ideal candidate must be confident, a quick learner, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, have a polite telephone manner along with the ability to deal with sensitive / confidential issues appropriately whilst remaining calm under pressure. Hours of work: Role 1 is 38 hours per week as follows: Monday 8am - 6.30pm Tuesday 8am - 6.30pm Wednesday 8am - 6.30pm Thursday 9am - 7.30pm or 8am to 6.30pm (late night Thursday required on alternate weeks) Role 2 is 38 hours per week as follows: Tuesday 9.30pm to 8pm Wednesday 8am - 6.30pm Thursday 8am - 6.30pm Friday 8am - 6.30pm Role 3 is 28.5 hours per week as follows: Monday 8am - 6.30pm Tuesday 8am - 6.30pm Wednesday 8am - 6.30pm Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour Annual Leave:5.6 weeks annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. Entitlements are pro-rata for part-time employees. Pension: Option to join NHS Pension scheme.
