Care Practitioner Nights. Burscough Manor Care Home

£12.38 per hour
33 hours per week. 3 shifts each week
Shifts: 8pm - 8am including weekend working
Please note we cannot offer Visa sponsorship or accommodate 20 hours working restrictions

At Sandstone Care Group, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm, professional environment. Burscough Manor Care Home is a luxurious 80-bed facility offering specialist services including dementia, palliative, complex, and general nursing care.

We’re currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Practitioners to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Care Practitioner at our home, your role may include:

Provide personal care and support with dignity and respect
Offer emotional reassurance and companionship during quiet hours
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to overnight needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment
Work closely with the night team to ensure continuity of care

What are we looking for?

A warm, caring personality and a commitment to quality care
Previous care experience is a plus, but not essential – full training provided
Willingness to work night shifts and some weekends
