Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to start or grow your career in care? We are looking for caring and reliable care assistants (male and female) to join our team in South Leicester to work for morning shifts from 6am to 9am and evening shifts from 6pm to 9.30pm.
What we offer:
1) £13-15 per hour depending on experience.
2) Flexible working hours to suit your schedule
3) Free comprehensive training provided
4) Supportive and friendly team environment
5) Mileage paid at 25p per mile
6) Uniform and PPE
Requirements:
-No previous experience required-full training provided.
-Experience in care is a bonus but not essential.
-A genuine passion for helping others.
-Must have a valid driving licence and own car.
-Ability to create and implement care plans
-Empathy and compassion towards patients.
Main duties:
-Assisting clients with daily personal care needs
-Supporting with mobility and medication.
-Providing companionship and emotional support
-Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
